Taxi Road Tax Due but never renew, can still drive?

A hirer road tax is not being renew upon expire

I wonder does other taxi company also renew the taxi road before the due date?

i think for sure, for most company i think , never receive our road tax when expired

always have to wait for it

what will happen if there is an accident with road tax expire?

Then rental still pay?

Maybe honest mistake lah. Cos 1st June bank not working so maybe they got auto giro to pay the road tax. But if this is the case shouldn't be auto giro done on the 31st May? Cannot be taxi company bank bo lui right?

rental must see what the company response, he don't dare to drive it after being told by LTA

For Comfort is honest mistake. For taxi driver is conscientious mistake. You tua ki Liao if you still drive it because you know it.

Actually, we only rent the Taxi from the company for daily work. Our responsibilty is only to pay rental, send taxi for regular servicing and when time come...send for inspection. Why do we have to bother Road Tax is paid or not. The company has the admin department to handle all this paper work. Some might not agree !!!! But then will you also check has your Taxi pay and cover with insurance, when the COE expire ? When you need to export out ?

Lj la road tax expire can drive one la. Maximum up to 6 mths (longer you delay more you pay lor), pay fine nia ma, and since this road tax is taxi coy's job to renew, nothing to do with TD one la. My car last time also owe until almost 6 mths liao then renew cos need $$$ to roll ma, can otang one.

Only insurance cannot play play!
