    Either way must pay if exceed Speed Limit ... But just curious
    Have seen Blue with Cam on Balastier overhead Bridge (both directions) after race course.
    Today saw Blue on j west after Jurong JC with Speed Cam

    Maybe white stand there too long uniform turn black.....so wear blue not so bad.....

    Or wear blue stand under sun too hot, so wear white cooler......
