Was having Break at Queens Street today with kell & Sip saw Two Aunties not in uniform issuing Parking Fines.

Looks like now no need wear uniform lieow... I even asked her 'Undercover ah?' even the handheld printer also put in a cloth bag...

I ever saw them spot checking at carparks by their motorbike 3am without their uniform. Peeping at the windscreen etc.

If we use a rod and whack them from their back and later claims that mistaken them for car burglers a sai bo?

Why the hell are they in plain clothes? They are just enforcing parking rules, not catching criminals.....

Please take photos next time if you see them, post on STOMP, let the netizens slam them. This is RUBBISH, undercover? Parking illegally a crime?

The one I saw 4 am is of a certain race on motorbike, just like those kfc/ pizzahut deliveries, they certainly not allowed to do that...
